The building process with Doble Homes was stress free and enjoyable. Greg was extremely professional throughout the whole process, and made the experience of building a home for the first time memorable. Kristina Patane The Building Experience We are pleased to say that our recent building experience with Doble Homes on our second home is very different to the one we had with a major builder on our first home. After our first building experience we were looking for a builder who we could deal directly with on all matters and not be shoved from one person to the next, a builder who takes pride in the product that they deliver and who understands the importance of the client builder relationship. This is exactly what we found in Doble Homes. Why Doble Homes? Greg had undertaken some minor renovation work on our first home and we were so impressed by his professionalism, attention to detail, neat & tidiness and timely completion of the work, that we decided that he was the builder of choice for our second home. Greg made each step in the building process easy from the early stages of selections and approvals through to construction and final handover. The project had its challenges and hurdles as they all do, and these were resolved and managed in a timely and professional manner. I receive comments all the time from people who come to our house about the quality and excellent finish of the product. Through the process Greg kept us informed at every step of the way, with his communication and organisational skills being second to none. The after service warranty has been excellent. Greg attended to some matters on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day that were no fault of his own and out of his control, but still ensured that they were resolved with no fuss. The morning after cyclone Yasi Greg called in, to make sure that everything was intact and to offer us a generator, this demonstrated to us that he stands behind the product he builds.We are truly pleased that we made the decision to build with Doble Homes and could not have asked for better service.
